Comfort Inn & Suites

We stayed here for one night in the hotel, they gave us a king bed for the two queen bed ordered and full paid in advance. Breakfast was over within the first hour, no forks, no meat, and had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs and potato fries. They could increase their staff instead of having the same person work in the front office and kitchen.

We were really looking forward to spending our night here after staying at other Comfort Inns around New Mexico,but we were really disappointed. I booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool and hot tub, but they were out of order. Also laundry room not working. The hotel staff offered my kids free cheap lolly pops and water and trail mix to make up for it. And supposedly would give us 300 guest points. Which is practically nothing because you need at least 8000 for a free night. They had a sauna that didn't heat up well, and other guests warned me about nails sticking out of the boards. I personally didn't feel them,but I didn't sit in all the areas inside the sauna. The restroom had a peeling bath tub and a rust ring around the sink. The hotel was clean and beds ok. The fitness room was a joke. The really old treadmill would jerk and it felt like you will trip. There are no dumbells. They have an old bow Flex and old elliptical machine. The breakfast was ok. It had sausage patties, eggs and potatoes along with cereals and bread. Not super delicious but good enough to get your morning going. My husband said the coffee was awful and burnt. He usually isn't picky so that says a lot.
